Supporting our congregation as we collectively pursue our love of God and others

Administration & Communications

Stephanie Moss

Director of Staff and Partnerships

Steph always wanted to live in Los Angeles, and God answered her prayers, moving her and her husband Jon here as newlyweds in 2006. After graduating with a Masters in Social Work from USC in 2009, Steph worked for 10+ years in macro-social work, at which point she transitioned to work at Cornerstone. In addition to directing the staff, Steph facilitates internal operations and coordinates our local and global partnerships, including but not limited to short-term missions and the long-term vision for our community center. Steph is passionate about cultural competency, social justice, and developing and optimizing the underlying systems that support people. She enjoys sunshine, sports, iced caramel lattes, and family fun nights with her husband and two daughters.

With a B.A in Psychology and a master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary, Nancy has been an integral part of growing and shaping Cornerstone’s counseling ministry, and she finds great satisfaction in walking alongside others as they discover the truth of scripture and experience the transforming love of Christ in their lives. As Director of Counseling, Nancy provides counseling, facilitates the development of counselors, and schedules counseling services. As Office Manager, Nancy is the main point of contact for our offices and for scheduling use of our campus. Her other loves include music (especially hymns) and athletic pursuits including softball, volleyball, and stunt sword fighting.

Sandy

Director of Finance

Sandy is a native Angeleno who grew up in Pasadena and now lives in Santa Monica with her husband Dennis and their son Aaron, along with two cats and a leopard gecko. As Director of Finance, Sandy directs the financial processes of our church through arranging timely bill pay, refunds, giving statements, and reporting. She has also helped to move many of our internal processes to more efficient and effective platforms. Her career in corporate finance as well as her experience running her own bookkeeping practice created a strong foundation for this role. Sandy feels truly blessed to use the skills acquired in her professional career to serve the Lord and the church in this capacity.

Nicole

Communications Coordinator

A Chicagoan by birth and a New Yorker by adoption, Nicole moved to Los Angeles in 2005. In the past couple of decades, she’s worn many hats both professionally and personally. She is also wife to Pastor Reggie (20 years as of November 2022!) and proud mom to Adina, Maya, and Sam. As Communications Coordinator, Nicole oversees the church’s communications channels including email, social media, and the website, and manages information timelines and distribution. Sunday Services

Dr. Andrew
L. Wilson

Director of Worship

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Andy’s favorite ways to spend time are cooking for friends and family and camping in the great outdoors. Andy holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Willamette University and Master's degrees in both choral conducting and teaching. In 2023, he finished his doctorate in choral and sacred music at USC. He also did research in the fields of vocology and arts leadership, and his dissertation was on the music of Alfred Désenclos. In addition to serving in full-time ministry, Andy is an accomplished chef and has worked in restaurant kitchens in Washington and Oregon. As the Director of Worship, Andy directs our Sunday musical worship experience by leading and coaching the worship band, curating song selection, guiding the congregation through service liturgy, and directing the Cornerstone choir. Please let Andy know if you are interested in using your spiritual gifts to get involved in music or audio-visual production at Cornerstone West LA!

They have two children: their daughter, Amalia, and their son, Brooks. As the Director of College Ministries and Pathways, Joon has a passion for equipping students of all backgrounds to gospel-centered faithfulness, and desires to connect Angelenos of all life stages to Cornerstone through classes, discipleship communities, and membership.

Adam

He coordinates all of the technical logistics for Sunday services and special events, from equipping volunteer teams, to setting up systems for audio, video, and other visuals like slides. He also edits our media content, including but not limited to livestreams, conferences, and podcasts. Adam trains and schedules AV volunteers and makes sure that all of the equipment is maintained in order to foster an environment free of distractions from the gospel. He has played an integral role in streamlining some of our AV procedures and developing best practices for the future. His favorite hobby is playing board games with friends.

Mike
Hendrickson

Intern, Disability Ministry Coordinator

Mike grew up in South Orange County and made the long trek up to West LA in 2016 to attend UCLA. While there, he completed a B.S. in Neuroscience, and loved working as a social and independent living skills coach for those with developmental disabilities. Mike has always been keenly interested in exploring topics related to both disability and the Christian faith. Growing up with an autistic sister, Mike developed a passion for walking alongside families affected by disability. As the Disability Ministry Coordinator, Mike facilitates holistic and community-driven care for families affected by disability to be discipled and to make disciples in the local church context. In his free time, Mike loves to watch the Dodgers and play in his local city softball league.

He originally came to Los Angeles to pursue a career in engineering, but has transitioned and is currently attending seminary for a Masters of Divinity degree. Kids Ministries

Jeremy
Neiditch

Director of Kids Ministries

Jeremy is a Los Angeles native and loves calling the Westside home again after spending 8 years living on the East Coast. He met his lovely wife, Kristen, while living in Virginia. Together they have fostered two baby girls, and are grateful for the opportunity God has given them to care for these little ones. As Director of Kids Ministries, Jeremy directs the teaching and discipleship of Cornerstone kids through prayer and the shaping and implementation of curriculum, teaching, small groups, and events. Rather than focusing primarily on childcare or entertainment, Jeremy looks to pursue children of all ages with the good news of the gospel, whether during children’s classes on Sunday mornings or through middle school Life Groups or our Cornerstone Kids Camp summer program.

Allison
Kang

Kids Ministries Coordinator

Allison grew up in Texas and moved to Los Angeles in 2017 to work in college student ministry. In 2019 she married her husband Joon and started attending Cornerstone. In 2021 she welcomed her daughter, Amalia, and began her position as Kids Ministries Coordinator. Working alongside Jeremy, Allison helps to implement the operational processes for kids classes, events, volunteers, and training. She works closely with our volunteers, tackling the complex logistics of multiple services and age groups, and helps ensure that all rooms are appropriately equipped with both volunteers and supplies. In her free time you can find her eating at all-you-can-eat sushi spots, playing with her dog Lola, or taking a nice walk on the beach.

Facilities

Becky González

Director of Facilities

Becky grew up in the San Fernando Valley, and has been living on the Westside for all of her adult life. After attending UCLA, she met her husband, Pastor Jose, and worked as an administrative assistant and then project engineer for a large commercial construction company before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her three children, Sara, Daniel and Michael. As Director of Facilities, Becky directs the contracts and schedules for all maintenance and construction needs at Cornerstone, bringing a tremendous amount of institutional knowledge to the role. Becky also works alongside Pastor José to coordinate the details for Sunday services for Cornerstone Español.

Edwin Recinos

Custodian

Edwin was born in Guatemala and came to the United States in 1982 for better opportunities.  He has two grown daughters and four grandsons, and worked as a maintenance technician for 22 years before coming to Cornerstone. Edwin is our daytime janitor, and spends most of his time focused on cleaning and minor repairs. It is in large part thanks to his hard work that our facilities continue to be such a blessing to so many people within our church community and beyond.
