SUMMARY
Jesus challenges us—He challenges our authority, our mission, and our allegiance

Jesus begins His ministry in and around His hometown- and immediately He challenges the people. He challenges their authority. He challenges their mission. And He challenges their allegiance. This same Jesus challenges us the same way today.
APPLICATION QUESTIONS
1.  How is Jesus different than the people expected the Messiah to be?
2. What are the initial reasons the people begin to question Jesus?
3. How does Jesus go from being "glorified by all" to being almost murdered?
4. How does Jesus challenge your authority in your life? How does He challenge your mission? How does He challenge your allegiance?

Cornerstone Kids Camp 2025: Wanted...by God
Monday, June 23rd through Friday, June 27th, 8:30am-12:30pm

We’re just two months away! As summer gets closer, we encourage you to think about friends, family, and neighbors you could invite to join your family in learning more about Jesus with us. We’re also inviting adults to consider joining us as team leaders and assistants. CKC is an incredible week where God works in powerful ways in the hearts of kids—and serving gives you a front row seat to what He’s doing.

A vibrant college life and a thriving church life don’t have to be at odds. Questions? Email Joon at joon@cornerstonewla.org.
