Cornerstone exists because of Jesus. We'd love to show you how your story matters to him, and how his story matters for you.
The church isn't an organization or a building. The church is a family—God’s family, filled with redeemed sinners that are now his children because of Jesus.
Just like a vine grows best with a good trellis, our church family grows best with good programs. Our programs and ministries are tailored to support the community and mission God has given us.
“College is where deep friendships are developed and worldviews are shaped.”
West Los Angeles is home to thousands of college students attending institutions like UCLA, USC, Loyola Marymount, Santa Monica College, and more. We know what it’s like: many of our pastors and church members moved to Los Angeles to attend one of these schools, and now call this city our home.
If you are a college student, we want to welcome you into our local, multi-generational church family. At Cornerstone, we think it’s life-as-usual for college students to be integrated with the rest of our body: getting coffee with a retired friend, being an example to a junior higher, and having family meals with a married couple around their dinner table. It’s also normal for students to be deeply involved with one another as they seek to “do college together.”
We live as family because we are one in Christ. To get to know us, look no further than one of our Community Groups near campus. Our hope is that you will find in Cornerstone a loving church family that will walk with you through college and into your post-college years.
Community Groups consist of 10-20 people who meet together regularly, disciple one-another, and live life together in light of the gospel. Come join us as we explore how Jesus touches down on just about everything (not just college life).
Knowing that Los Angeles can be difficult to navigate, we want to provide an easy way for you to be able to worship and fellowship with us (especially if you don’t have transportation!)
Intro to Cornerstone is designed to give an introduction to our church: who we are, what we believe, and how you can be involved. This is a great first step to take to get to know us as a local church.
