Cornerstone exists because of Jesus. We'd love to show you how your story matters to him, and how his story matters for you.
The church isn't an organization or a building. The church is a family—God’s family, filled with redeemed sinners that are now his children because of Jesus.
Just like a vine grows best with a good trellis, our church family grows best with good programs. Our programs and ministries are tailored to support the community and mission God has given us.
Our children’s ministry team strives to be as diligent and safe as possible when it comes to your child. From the process of selecting our volunteers to the secure system we have in place for dropping off your child, your child’s safety is of utmost importance to us. Please review our Child Protection Policy and take some time to read about our Check-In System and feel free to ask us any questions you might have about the process.
Any children who are a part of Cubbies, Sparks, or Fusion need to be checked in for Sunday Nights. This allows us to keep track of children who are in attendance, who dropped them off, and who should be picking them up. There are no exceptions to this and we will work with you to make this system as easy as possible for both you and your child.
You are encouraged to check your child in 5-15 minutes before AwanaFusion starts. This will give you plenty of time to get settled and your child will be ready at 2:00 for their class to start.
All children’s ministry volunteers must fill out an application and have a background check before they are eligible to work with children at Cornerstone. The elders of the church then approve these volunteers to begin working in children’s ministry. It is our goal to continue to provide ongoing support and training for our volunteers so that they will continue to be equipped for service to your family.
